A baby who doesn’t nap

Today in the afternoon I gave support to a lovely family with a 4 week old little girl who will fall asleep and wake up no matter what 5min after.

We’ve talked about her experience in the nicu, her first time opening up her eyes and realizing she was born and how all of this could be affecting her naps.

We’ve introduced a bottle for the first time and tried to brainstorm solutions to get her baby to be able to take naps whenever she’s tired!

Consistency is the key when you have a baby!!!
