Estimated due date

We don’t really care about due dates, and please don’t be mad.

Each doula has its own way of making the schedule and the dates work, but the possibility of births happening at rhe same time is there and is real!

It doesn’t matter if we as doulas take 10 births a month or just 2, a baby can be overdue or premature and we have to go and support the family anyways.

The estimate due date is great for us to have a north on when things may happen, and that’s great! Health wise is extremely important too! In case you need an induction, intervention of any kind, meconium during labor, etc… so yes, please let me know your edd, but if you’re not sure if it’s on the 12th or 14th (exemple), it’s okay, it’s not gonna make a difference ☺️
